1. Return Policy:
   • As food is perishable, we do not accept physical returns.
   • If the order is incorrect, incomplete, or not up to standard, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery.
2. Refund Policy:
   • Refunds will be issued only for genuine concerns such as:
     • Wrong item delivered
     • Non-delivery
     • Spoiled or damaged food
   • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation Policy:
   • Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing, provided preparation has not started.
